Start a local chapter

Service Excellence Network chapters bring members together locally for roundtables, site visits and peer support. Our chapters in Ireland and New England are run by members, for members.

If you’d like to start a chapter where you are, tell us below. Once five or more members in your area are on board, we’ll help you launch with a chapter kit, event formats and support from the network.

How would you like to be involved?
Do you know other practitioners in the area who would join?

How a chapter starts

  1. You register interest here.
  2. We connect you with other members in your area.
  3. With a lead, a co-lead and five founding members, the council approves a pilot chapter.
  4. You receive the chapter kit and run your first events.

What it asks of you

A few hours a quarter to host a roundtable or visit, using the network’s formats. No fees and no selling: chapters are for sharing practice.
