What is the Service Excellence Network?
A network of people who want to work together on improving the performance of service and knowledge-work organisations, by identifying and sharing what works. Members are based in Ireland and New England.
How do I become a member?
Create a free account from the membership page. Membership is free. For organisation membership, contact the council.
How do I set up my member profile?
Log in and open your profile from the account menu. Add your role, organisation and the topics you’re working on so other members can find you.
What is a special interest group?
A smaller community within the network with a shared interest in one area of knowledge, practice or technology. Members of a group work together to design or advance solutions, meet and communicate regularly, and organise events for the wider network.
How does the network relate to the Irish Centre for Business Excellence?
The network was set up in conjunction with the Irish Centre for Business Excellence, whose remit covers all sectors, to give specific focus and support to services and knowledge work. The two organisations work closely together, and both aim to help members solve organisational challenges, build capability and sustain business success.
How can I contact a council member?
Each member of the council has a LinkedIn profile linked from their entry. You can also send a message through the site and it will reach the council.
Can I host a webinar or write for the site?
Yes, and we’d welcome it. Get in touch with a short note on your topic and we’ll arrange it with you.
