What we collect
- Your name, email address, organisation and role when you create a member account or complete a member profile.
- What you send us through the contact form.
- Posts and replies you make in the forum, and event registrations.
Why we use it
To run your membership, respond to your messages, run events, and let members find and contact each other. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in. Fonts are served from this site, and there are no analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your account details at any time from your account page, or ask us to do it. Under GDPR you also have the right to request a copy of your data and to object to its use. To make a request, contact us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
How long we keep it
For as long as you’re a member. You can close your account at any time. Contact form messages are deleted once they’ve been dealt with.
