What membership gives you
- Peers with the same problems. Leaders in other service organisations who are working on what keeps you up at night, and may already have solved it.
- Applied thinking. Worked examples of good practice from public and private organisations across sectors.
- Research and insight. Current thinking from respected practitioners in service and knowledge work.
- Forums, events and resources. Topic forums, the call-for-support board, member events and the resource library.
- Good company. Informal get-togethers to share the trials and tribulations that come with the job.
How joining works
Create an account with your name and email address. You’ll get an email to set your password, and you can then post in the forum, register for events and open the resource library.
For organisation membership, get in touch and a council member will arrange a call to agree how your organisation wants to take part.
